Providing refund is at our discretion and will be granted if your reason for a refund is deemed valid. Obviously, we do not want to have unsatisfied customers so we request you to let us know that you would like a refund via email.
Downgrading Your Service Plan will usually cause loss of credit available for use, we do not accept any liability for any loss incurred by this loss of credit. You may qualify for compensation of credit if we fail to meet our SLAs. Providing compensation and decision on the amount of compensation will be made individually depending on the case. All final decisions must be authorized by the shift manager.
